The ground rules for using this site and the RSV ’26 campaign materials.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to rsvawarenessmonth.org (the “Site”), operated by Alliance for Health Implementation Science, Inc. (“AHIS,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or its materials, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Health information — not medical advice

The Site provides general information about RSV for awareness and education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always talk with your provider about your own situation, including whether RSV immunization is right for you or your child. If you think you or someone else is having a medical emergency, call 911.

Information on the Site is based on public sources such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Recommendations change over time; we work to keep the Site current but cannot guarantee it reflects the latest guidance at every moment.

3. Product neutrality

RSV Awareness Month is a disease-awareness campaign. Where the Site names RSV vaccines or preventive antibodies, it lists every option recommended in current CDC guidance, together and in alphabetical order, for identification only. The Site does not compare, promote or endorse any specific product, brand or manufacturer. AHIS keeps full editorial control over all campaign content.

4. Using campaign materials

You may download, share and print the campaign materials on the Site (including graphics, the partner toolkit and quick-reference content) for non-commercial awareness and education, provided that you:

• credit the source as “RSV Awareness Month, an initiative of the Alliance for Health Implementation Science (AHIS)” where practical;
• do not alter the RSV ’26 campaign mark, artwork, colors or typography — except for adding your own organization’s logo in the space provided in the partner toolkit;
• do not use the materials to advertise or promote any product or service, or in a way that suggests AHIS endorses you, your organization or any product; and
• do not use the materials in any way that is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

5. Partners

Organizations listed as partners support the campaign at the Visionary, Growth or Impact level. Listing a partner’s name or logo does not mean AHIS endorses that partner’s products or services, or that the partner endorses any product. Partners do not review or approve campaign content. AHIS may add, move or remove partner listings at its discretion.

By submitting a logo, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization, and you grant AHIS a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display your organization’s name, logo and website link on the Site and in campaign materials for the duration of the partnership. You can withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

6. What you submit

When you submit information through the Site — such as a sign-up, event details, a message or a story — you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit other people’s personal information without their permission, or personal medical details. We will not publish a personal story without your explicit permission. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.

7. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit spam or unlawful content, or impersonate another person or organization.

8. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites operated by others, including government agencies and partners. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

9. No warranty

The Site and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHIS and its directors, staff, volunteers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its materials.

11. Changes

We may change the Site, its materials or these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows when these Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
